What do I need to join?
A quiet, comfortable space where you can relax undisturbed for the length of the journey. Headphones are recommended for the hypnotherapy portion. You may also want a blanket, water, and a journal for afterward.

Can I lie down during the session?
Absolutely. In fact, it's encouraged. Set yourself up somewhere cozy, whether that's a couch, a bed, or a nest of pillows on the floor. This is your journey.

What if I fall asleep?
It happens, and it's okay. Your subconscious still receives the journey even if your conscious mind drifts. That said, joining rested and lying somewhere comfortable but not too sleepy helps you get the most from the experience.
